He had three ships and let them from Spain;
he sailed through sunshine, wind and rain.
He sailed by night; he sailed by day;
he used the stars to find his way.
A compass also helped him know.

4th grade posters
4th grade learnt about important things that happened in Middle Ages such as: Black Death, Silk Road, Castles and Feudal System.
Like all the other classes, 5th grade has seen a movie related to modern ages .
They have seen Road to el Dorado.
They have seen that movie because they are studying the discovering of America which was the begining of modern ages.
They have learnt that in America people were different, people had different clothes, houses, shops ...

Hi, 6th grade is studying the Contemporary ages
They are going to watch:
Oliver twist
The film is about a child who lived during Victorian Times and the teachers hope the kids will learn about what life was like in the past ,how victorian people lived what schools and jobs were like back then . They will also find out about inportant inventions.
